Ulcer/Philippines: When I was in the Philippines we treated leg ulcers with dressing changes just the same as we would in the US or the UK or Asia??? How depends on what kind of ulcer. An ischemic ulcer is treated differently than a neurotrophic ulcer and differently than a venous stasis ulcer.
