How to prolong the growth spurt during puberty and make a very short child end up taller?

No Way: The timing of the growth spurt is helped by good general nutrition, good general health and proper exercise. The overall final height in a child without any disease of syndrome is genetically predtermined. There is nothing you can do to help.

Hormone antagonist: Sothere is a special hormone antagonist used to delay puberty. As a result, in boys, the growth plates are prevented from closing, growth progresses and this process provides more inches to the boy's height. Please consult an endocrinologist for this purpose.
