Walking with high heeled boots too much, can it cause any damage to your feet?

Technically yes: You are putting more pressure on the forefoot. This could cause forefoot pathology such as metatarsalgia, plantar plate tears, hammer toes, neuromas...Assuming their is no neurpathy if feeling any pain discontinue....Try to minimizze heel height to 2 inches or less.

High heels: High heels whether they be boots or shoes place a great deal of pressure on the forefront exacerbating any discomfort that may be there due to existing biomechanics. Additionally you are walking in 3 point stance. See your podiatrist for an evaluation.
