Unexplained symptoms like ovarian cancer and no diagnosis?

Unclear questions: Ovrian cancer usually does not casuse any specific symptoms, at least in early stages. What are your symptoms? What work-up was done for diagnosis? Could the symptoms be due to GI causes?

GI symptoms: One of the difficulties about finding early ovarian cancer is that the symptoms are very common and not specific to one disease. Bloating, pain and other GI symptoms can also be from irritable bowel. Urinary complaints can be from a bladder infection.
