OBESITY: Reduce calorie intake and size of current serving amount. Physical activity 2 hours/day, of which 1 hour be streneous. Drink big 6-8 glasses water or equivalent bottle, no caloric drinks/soda, no juice, eat whole fruit instead. Eat 6 times/day: medium breakfast, lunch and diner.. And 3 small healthy snack in between. Food: vegetables, salad, fruit, lean meat, fish, egg, milk. See a nutritionist.
