Is there a form that you can sign if you don't want the er to remove your clothing if you see unconscious ?

Confusing question: Are you saying you would rather be allowed to die undiagnosed and treated rather than have your clothes removed ? Interesting idea, but not one that would be acceptable to any er or caregiver.If found unresponsive but alive, you would be transported and treated until you could be found mentally competent to refuse treatment.
