My friend kept his hands on both carotid arteries then he felt weakness and unconscious , then he removed his hands.i want to know what happened if he does not removed his hands from carotid arteries. please explain.i am asking for gain knowledge?

Low oxygen in brain: If successful at blocking both carotids, there is still some circulation from the vertebral arteries. Fainting will cause removal of the pressure of the hands on the carotids which will allow them to recirculate. So it is not possible to do yourself damage by this method.
