Not always: Sinusitis can cause facial tenderness. I see way to many chronic headache patients that are concerned about sinusitis and have clear sinus ct scans. May be migraines. Ask your doctor for further testing.

Sinusitis: Sinusitis can cause headaches with nausea. If the paranasal sinusitis causes nasal blockages, dizziness could occur.
