Gastroparesis: Gsstroparesis is an uncommon condition where the stomach does not empty food well or empties more slowly. Esophageal reflux symptoms can become worse with gastroparesis.

No effect at all: The two are unrelated. Most hiatal hernias in someone your age are insignificant. Focus mainly on the gastroparesis.

Gastroparesis: Generally speaking, no. You might have both, but one doesn't usually cause the other.
