C prior answers +: Perhaps breathing cold air, perhaps a brief symptom from lining of chest wall (pleura). In this case, i would even wonder about a gas pocket in your gut or colon that is caught under your diaphragm; if pain is on the right side where liver is, called hepatic flexure syndrome; if on left where spleen is, splenic flexure syndrome. Try an anti-gas pill like tums (calcium carbonate).
