You should start with an appointment at your pcp and then have and us and or see a GI physician or surgeon.

Bloating: Bloating and gas can be related to irritable bowel syndrome and usually will course with constipation and/or diarrhea. You may also have some food intolerance or excessive acidity in the stomach. Gallstones may also be related. If over the counter products don't help you, then you should get a medical evaluation.
