How can you check your hyperthyroidism at home ? i'm afraid i have it and i have no money to see a doctor

Tests needed: Hyperthyroidism may be suspected because of thyroid enlargement, weight loss, heat intolerance with sweating, tremors.Etc but at least one blood test -tsh-should be done to make the diagnosis.
