my paragard iud fell out i'm not having excessive bleeding not in pain either what should i do and why?

Birth control: I'm assuming that you wanted to paragard for birth control protection. If it's falling out and you're having sex you need to think about what you would want to do for pregnancy prevention. You could put another iud in or you could consider another form of birth control. Make an appointment with your doctor right away to discuss this.
