My stomach is aching with a range of 8/10 which is 10 is the most painful. its been 2days now and thepain goes on and off every 10 to 15minutes.

Needs seen: Pain in the abdomen of that severity needs to be seen today. If not by your doctor then by er. The possibilities are multiple and i would need much more info to speculate but in this situation there it no replacement for a physical exam.

Must see a doc.: Abdominal pain of that severity going on for two days, occurring every 10-15 minutes needs to be evaluated. The best source would be your primary care physician. It you do not have one, then the emergency room is appropriate.
