Anorexia: Diminished appetite can be related to many types of medical issues or even medication related. Initially start with your pcp or even a dietician.

Peak cortisone : A lot of people do not feel hungry in the morning because several hormones especially cortisol levels are highest from 5-10 am. This keeps glucose levels up and also makes some people a little nauseous or just not hungry. It is important to eat something ( best is protein and some healthy carbs.) newest understanding is that this sets the circadian rhythm of healthy eating, weight and energy.
