How many years is exsessive use of sunbeds?

Any: When you tan, whether it is from the sun or from a tanning bed, you are damaging your skin. Even a 'base tan' or a 'light tan' is evidence of damage. I would argue that any non-medical use is excessive for that reason. Even medical use (such as for psoriasis) should be limited to the smallest exposure possible.
