HIV: It is conceivable that HIV can be transmitted in this fashion. Your husband should seek medical help immediately and perhaps be prophylaxed with antiretrovirals. In two weeks he can begin to be tested to be sure whether or not he has developed antibodies against hiv, or can have pcr testing to see if viral RNA is present. Have only protected sex until you are sure. Good luck.
