Does epiduo lighten dark spots left by acne?

It is possible: Epiduo contains Adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Adapalene is a third generation retinoid and as such can cause some mild lightening of the skin. I have seen this more often with something like Retin-A bit it is also possible that Adapalene can cause the same effect. Discuss with your dermatologist.
