Some Orthodontic tx: It is hard to get a 14 mo old to bite in their normal bite. Let's say it is her bite, this is called anterior crossbite. This will usually occur in the permanent front teeth. It should be corrected as a lower incisor will mark the front surface of the upper incisor. Do family members with a "strong" lower jaw? Growth spurt time will tell if it is a jaw issue. Check with an orthodontist.
