Are there any urine tests for prostate cancer?

None that: Work, or are in the main stream (no pun intended). The psa test is also not specific for cancer.

No: There is no urine test that can diagnose prostate cancer. The diagnosis is made by a biopsy of the prostate gland.

Not known now.: The main lab test is serum psa (prostate specific antigen).

Prostate: There is a urine test called pca3 that can be helpful in diagnosing prostate cancer but the only definitive way is prostate biopsy.
