I have multilocular cyst in pelvic mostly ovarian who i treat it ? and its affect my ovary if do surgical removal ?

Ovarian cysts : Ovarian cysts r nml in month cycle but can "go wrong", too many cysts or don't open, etc. If cysts get larger they can be painful but most simple cysts (sac ; fluid) r watched bc they resolve spont in a few months. Loculated/ complex cysts=on ultrasound: lines inside. (infection, blood, genetic tumors) ob/gyn may do surgery. But done via scope ; usually benign, plus pain better. Best luck!

See gynecologist: See your gynecologist who will determine size and treatment if necessary. Depending on the surgery performed, it may or may not affect your ovary.
