Is it true that with a second pregnancy the belly shows up in earlier stage of pregnancy than the first one? how far along should it be showing?

Being pregnant: A fetus grows at predictable rates and not faster than a previous fetus. But, fat in the pelvis may collect faster and thus show a "bigger" belly. But, the bigger belly is not the uterus.
