Serious problem: There are many entry points into the drug distribution channels and the fda cannot be everywhere. Many drugs are so expensive that unethical manufacturers have produced ineffective imitations that can be either dangerous or have no drug in them. We have to trust our pharmacists and the good work of regulators but there is a risk. The actual percentage is only a guess.
