I have what i think is a lymph node in my neck (cervical) it feels long like a sausage, probably 1.5cm but thin. it's mobile and squishy, ok?

Neck lymph nodes: They are typically small , less than 1.0 cm and not easy to feel. 1.5 cm is enlarged. Lymph nodes often react to acute or chronic inflammation in the area they drain . See an ENT for a good head and neck exam and further work--up, as necessary.
