Repeat in 3-5 days: Home pregnancy tests are easy to do, fast, and highly accurate, but not 100%. Maybe it is a bit early at this time. I would suggest repeating in 3-5 days to make sure. If you are pregnant, there is a very good chance that the hpt will show positive after 5-7 days of missing your regular period, but since you took plan b, the chance of pregnancy is much lower.
