Tender Breasts: i would repeat the test in a few days, if you still have no period consider a serum test at your doctors office.

If you have had: Unprotected sex, and you are late for your cycle, you could be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are usually accurate once a menstrual period is delayed. If you are still not menstruating recheck another test in a few days with your urine from first thing in the am. When in doubt, see a doctor.
