Continue: Make sure she takes the rest of the antibiotic as directed until all the prescribed dose has been used up. Skipping doses make allow for the emergence of resistant bacteria and should be avoided.

Re Examination: Some recommendations include shorter courses of antibiotics to treat pediatric ear infections. The course of your child's prescription though should be followed as written. If she missed half the doses daily this may result in recurrence of the infection. I would suggest a follow up visit after 10 to 14 days of antibiotics.
