Adjust front teeth: Today large front teeth are popular, however there are options you can discuss with your dentist. Cosmetic contouring can recontour the teeth, orthodontics can rearrange them if they are flaring, or crowns or veneers can change the shape. Many years ago my wife thought her front teeth were too long and had me shorten them. We have subsequently done veneers to make them longer.
