Don't: Most nail varnish contains many things dissolved in a solvent of butyl acetate or ethyl acetate. These are volatile chemicals but are largely safe. http://ijt.sagepub.com/content/8/4/681.abstract is a link to an article looking at just this issue. However, if you sniffed enough of either chemical it could probably cause "buzz-like" symptoms.
