Cuneiform: I will assume you looked this up or you would have a treatment plan. See your podiatrist for an evaluation , x rays and a treatment plan. It sounds like orthotics might help

Not just bone: There could be some soft tissue involvement as well. X-rays, and an exam would give you the answers. So far, your limited information doesn't give me much to give you and answer. In the meantime, ice and Motrin will be therapeutic and diagnostic.

I have a mild protruding right clavicle. Only the medial portion close to the sternum. mild soreness that occurs occasionally. To the touch it feels like the actual bone is protruding out more than the other side. No redness.
