Not much: There isn't much out there that is a slam dunk for stretch marks. There are ablative and non-ablative lasers that may slightly improve the appearance of your stretch marks. If there is associated redness, the vascular lasers can help somewhat. There is nothing otc that i can comfortably recommend.
