Midodrine use: Midodrine (m) is used to treat low blood pressure. It works by stimulating nerve endings in blood vessels, causing the blood vessels to tighten. As a result, blood pressure is increased. It would be unusual to have both m and Cozaar (losartan) (c) used together, as c treats hypertension. Ask the physician (p) who treating the patient what the p is thinking if both m and c are being used together.
