Cure for bruxism: Sleep Bruxism is classified as an oromotor movement disorder. Because the causes of SB are still unclear there is no cure for bruxism. The management of bruxism include: intraoral appliances, medications and behavioral interventions (e.g. hypnosis, biofeedback). Ask your dentist for more information.

Maintenance: The is no real cure for TMJ/TMD, more maintenance. The same may apply to grinding. Getting to the cause is difficult and challenging. but hopefully can be brought under control with a mouthpiece, physical therapy and exercises.
