I have swollen tear duct for the oast week, what should i do?

The Eyes Have It: If you mean a swelling near your upper or lower lid on the inside, then you should get it examined in person. It could just be a minor problem but more likely if ignored will get infected. The tear duct could be obstructed or inflamed but they rarely resolve on their own. If it's really not the duct but just the lid, it may get better on its own but still, best to have an eye doc see it.
