Is it bad that i get temporary altered vision sometimes followed by migraine?

Possibly: Migraines can cause almost anything, even stroke-like symptoms. Typically this is benign; however, as a safegaurd, i'd consider an MRI of the brain at a minimum to ensure that nothing more than just migraines is the case.
