Yes: Tb is contracted from people who have the disease. In cities with contact with more people, crowded situations, exposure will increase you chances of exposure. Also cities often have more people from foreign countries. Some countries have much higher rates of TB and thus also increasing your risk of exposure.

Depends: There are areas with high rates and low rates of tuberculosis. It could be in the country side or in cities. It is different from country to country. You can check prevalence on google.
