Tuberculosis: Few years ago, who estimated, one third of world population get TB infection. Highest rate: se asia, china, india, africa and latin america. If left untreated, 5-10% develop TB disease. Crowded, poor environmental condition, poor nutritional status enhance transmission. A slow killing disease, can affect every human organ, if untreated causes death. 3-4 meds needed for minimum 9 months for cure.
