Need some advice. i have sharp stabbing, gnawing pain going from my neck all the way down my spine.what is it?

It sounds like musc-: Ular pain, as its not following any neurological (anatomical) pattern of involvement. A pulled muscle ( like the erector spinae) or the paraspinalis muscles can be affected. You need to provide some other details about any other symptoms that you might have. See the pcp to be evaluated/investigated + maybe referred to an orthopod/spinal surgeon as necessary. Good luck.
