Today, I experienced a sudden stabbing pain in my throat when I swallowed. I do not have a sore throat, and a I was not eating anything. The pain is around the back right side of my Adam's apple. Every time I swallow, it feels like hitting a nerve. ?

Cleared my throat too much resulting in a sore throat on one side mid-way down the throat which has moved to the other side. Hurts to swallow food.
