Just got over a very bad period last friday with severe cramps and bleeding. now i have severe pain in groin by vagina, waist, side, lower back. having hard time sitting and walking. what is going on?

See an OB/GYN: This could be due to numerous issues and in order to be correctly diagnosed you need to be seen and examined. It sounds severe enough that you should do this asap. Either see your gynecologist urgently or perhaps go to er. Hope this clears up soon.

May be an ovarian cy: Cyst or other, please call your gyn or go to the er, as u need an exam, blood work and a pelvic ultrasound, could also be non gyn causes like bowels or urinary tract.
