Quit Smoking: Most states have smoking cessations plans in place. I live in florida and we have www.Tobaccofreeflorida.Com, but others are available through websearch.

Stepwise: Your metabolism and mind is habituated with nicotine a. Go to the next lower level of nicotine in your brand. Settle in that level for few weeks. When stable, go to the lowest level, for few weeks. Then you can drop one cig a day /week/10d whatever you can do. Idea is....You can not jump off a 10 story building, to get out.
