First medical: First medical causes need to be ruled out by your regular doctor looking for a cause for such emotional regulation. If that is not fruitful then they would need to refer to a child psychiatrist. A 1.5-2h psychiatric evaluation (this includes interviewing both you and your parent(s)) by a board certified child psychiatrist to consider any possible syndrome and its symptoms that would best fit.
