Years: These often start in childhood but we don't see the tumors until over 40, usually well beyond. Lpr = laryngeal-pharyngeal reflux, gerd = gastroesophageal reflux disease. This does not mean that these problems should not be addressed early. Especially, children need to stay trim and physically fit, reflux or not. Best wishes.
