Yes: It may be a little difficult but look for mediterranean diet and if you can stick to it, would definitely help.

Are you overweight?: You probably need to lose weight. Don't eat too much and join a gym -- and invest in walking exercise 2 miles everyday. Your ideal weight depends on your height -- if you are 5'11 or 6', your weight should be 180, if you are 5'8, your weight 160 etc.
