Diabetes: 3+ sugar in urine means the person is diabetic.He/she needs to have blood sugar, metabolic profile if the patient is a known diabetic he/she is not control and may need Insulin pre and post surgery if this sugar is new needs to be treated with Insulin pero operatively and has to be followed up by medical doctors or endocrinologist.
