Hi, I had the flu around the 4th Jan. Didnt take anything thinking Id heal in a few days. By the 8th my cough was so bad that I couldnt speak. Also had a sore throat. I got meds for it but my chest feels ticklish still. Should I worry?

Good day. For the past 9 days I have had a sore throat, dry cough, blocked sinus, for the first few days a mild fever, and for the past two days a slightly tight chest. Should I be concerned or would this probably be the seasonal flu? No travelling.
Diagnosed w bacterial infection (sore throat & flu sympt) Cough is getting worse (times) and now chest and upper back pain. Doesn't feel like asthma.
