It doesn't make sens: Why do you think you should have cancer in the first place? Cancer does not remain hidden once you have been examined by a doctor who has checked you and checked your body with x-rays and scans like ct scans which can see literally everything inside your body.

Very low: Without fever, weight loss or night sweats, but instead with the head and body aches you describe, lymphoma is unlikely but you're well-read and that's good. Every guy your age has some chest cracking. Headache may be as simple as needing glasses or varying coffee intake. If you're in a difficult life situation, you can hurt all over ; feel certain you have something physical -- and you still may.
