Your call: I don't know if the answer to this is really medical. I see no problem with dressing them alike on occasion, as it might be cute, but whether fraternal or identical, they are individuals and dressing them differently can foster their sense of individuality. Of course when they are older they can decide for themselves. My daughters (not twins) like to wear matching outfits once in awhile...
