Need to see a Dr.: You will need a physical exam and history. This could be anything from anxiety and nerves to tremors to partial seizures, which is what it sounds a little like, but unusual to remain fully aware during them. You may need imaging as well. At 18, this really could be a number of issues and it would be best to be thoroughly examined.
