Deep slow breath: Avoiding all triggers such as caffeinated drinks and foods (coffee, tea, energy drinks) may help. Biofeedback may also help. There is no single solution. If interferes with social activities despite non-medicinal treatments, a low dose beta blocker medication may be tried. Would check labs too, thyroid etc.
